A Dorchester County jury convicted Terry Donial Woods Jr. of murder, kidnapping, and burglary in the 2021 killing of Dominique Harper. Woods received life without parole in the second trial David Osborne prosecuted in the case, following the conviction of co-defendant Fernando Wright.

A Dorchester County jury convicted Jason Bell of murdering his father, James Bell, a well-known St. George attorney, who was shot on New Year’s Eve 2020. The jury rejected a “mercy killing” defense, and Bell was sentenced to life without parole. David Osborne served as lead prosecutor.
